There is an old Zen saying that goes, ‘You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you are too busy, then you should sit for an hour’. So, the busier you are, the more you need an alert mind and a happy disposition to carry out your daily tasks and perform your responsibilities well. Meditation and mindfulness play a crucial role in reducing your stress and promoting a healthy and happy state of mind. So being busy should not be an excuse to avoid this, in fact it is all the more reason for you to meditate and practice mindful living in your everyday life.
We have designed our course specially for busy working professionals like you to ensure minimum interruption to your work schedule and your other commitments. The sessions are held only once a week with a duration of 1.5 hours, with the option to choose weekend sessions and your preferred time slots
However, honestly speaking, just 1.5 hours a week would not help you to gain the most out of this powerful course. Any skill requires practice, and meditation and mindfulness are no exception. Your regular practice is a must to ensure you reap the tremendous benefits of meditation and mindfulness in your life. That is why, we insist that all our students must practice for a minimum of 30 minutes a day, and would require a commitment from you in this regard before enrolling you into the course. So please consider your willingness, interest and commitment to devote your effort and time (at least 30 minutes) to practise every day before registering in our course.
Consider this deeply – is 30 minutes a day too much of a time to invest in yourself, considering the fact that it can completely transform your life for the better, leading you towards a more joyful, healthy and fulfilling life?
